At WildRay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

 If the return is due to a product quality issue (such as defective function or damaged upon arrival), please contact us in time of with photo or video.We will provide a full refund or replacement, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, dislike, or wrong order), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
